He has over 10 years experience in Political Economy, International Development Cooperation particularly in the fields of Governance, Human Rights and Democracy. He worked for Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development under Dedza Town Assembly, and has worked for Civil Society Organisations. He is currently a Tutor in Diplomacy and International Relations at BirchCooper Graduate Institute in Kingdom of Eswatini. He is a regular contributor to the Times of Eswatini, The Nation and Daily Times newspapers in Malawi and Creative Angels Fashion Benefit blog in RSA. He writes on Diplomancy and international relations Women empowerment and Gender issues

Gift Gideon Phulanya BBA, BA (HRM), Cert (Finance Management), Dip.Ed. He is currently serving as Hospital Administrator at Nkhoma Mission Hospital. Gift has passion in strengthening health delivery systems through Advocacy in proper administration principles that aim to see rural hospitals getting international accreditation in service delivery.

Wiseman Chibwezo MBA, BA(HRM), Dip(Arch). Wiseman is a Construction Professional with 20 years experience in Construction Industry. He has been advocating for Human Rights of underprivileged societies for years. Currently he is reading for an MSc in Construction Law.

Nicholas Mwisama

Nicholas Mwisama specializes in Project Management and Public Policy analysis coupled with development research. He has been a researcher in a number of studies that have contributed to Malawi’s public policy land scape. These include, but not limited to, Trade-Export policy and Mobile Health policy. He was also one of the consultants for formulation of 2016 National Agriculture Policy (NAP). He has published research papers in world class peer reviewed journals such as Harvard African Policy (HAP) and Public Policy and Administrative Research (PPAR).He is passionate about entrenching effective governance systems in public service delivery and promoting sustainable development through local solutions. He has working experience of over 10 years, working with reputable International Non-governmental Organizations (INGOs) such as International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), D-tree International, Population Service International (PSI) and African Institute of Development Policy (AFIDEP) where he contributed organizational excellence through research and designing of program implementation systems as well as Monitoring and Evaluations systems. He has also worked for The Catholic Diocese of Zomba where he was key to strategic planning and implementation of various social and investment projects for over three years. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from University of Bolton (UK), Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies from University of South Africa and, post graduate certificates in Project management, Project Planning, Proposal Writing and Resource Mobilization from Regional Partnership for Resource Development (REPARD) in Nairobi under Common Wealth University.

Chisomo Njewa

Chisomo Njewa has been Coordinator of "Philanthropy" from 2013 through his concept of "changing our communities using Social Media." Among other achievements, he has worked with communities in Jali Zomba by instituting groups of women to develop Medicinal Plants Green Houses with support from Canada. He has also championed the development of the Mchinji Reafforestation Trust Fund. Chisomo has facilitated the construction of a School in Chiuno Village in Kasungu with support from Yoow.ev German. He has worked with young people in schools on tuition and education materials support to needy students (Tuition Secondary Students and Laptops University Students). Recently he has been working on providing Mobility Support to people with disabilities in Machinga, Mbando Village. He studied Accounting at the Malawi College of Accountancy, Monitoring and Evaluation at The Catholic University of Malawi, and currently studying International Relations and Diplomacy at Riara University (Kenya).

Caroline Chiwaya

Caroline is a social worker with great interest in multisectoral development especially in matters to do with administration, governance and human rights, equality, violence, child development and health. She is very experienced in working with the youth, adolescent mothers, women and older persons in the private sector. She holds a bachelor's degree in Social work (minor in special needs education) obtained from the Catholic university of Malawi in 2019. She aspires to work with both public and private institutions in Malawi on projects that promote and protect the rights of vulnerable groups, promote community and sustainable development in both rural and urban communities.

Malumbo Gobede

Malumbo is an economist and community development activist and advocate, highly motivated to bring change in local communities and the nation by working with young people from different walks of life. Through her advocacy skills, she intends to protect and fight for rights of vulnerable groups and youth in environmental,economic and social development issues for the betterment of their lives. Malumbo holds Economics degree obtained from Catholic University of Malawi and another in Community development obtained from Exploits University
